Ingredients
- 1/2 C. hoisin sauce
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp.. dark asian sesami oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sasuce
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 bag (16 oz.) shredded slaw mix
- 1/2 bag (10 oz.) shredded carrots
- 3/4 lb. boneless pork loin chops
- 12 flour tortillas
- Scallions optional
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together hoisen sauce, garlic, seame oil, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.
Place coleslaw and carrots in slow cooker. Cut pork into strips then cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle on cabbage mixture in slow cooker. Drizle with 1/4 C. hoisen sauce mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove cover and stir in remaining 1/2 cup hoisen sauce mixture.
Heat tortillas according to package. Place 1/2 cup pork mixture in center of tortilla, top with scallions.
