Step 1
Blend 2 c raspberries, 2 c pineapple juice and 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and then strain through fine mesh sieve, and pour it into a pitcher. Top with 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled brut sparkling white wine. Let foam settle and the top with 1 c seltzer and stir gently. Put a few raspberries in each glass.
