Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5-6 lbs baby back ribs
  • Sauce
  • 24 oz ketchup
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T chili Powder
  • 1 med onion- chopped fine
  • 1/4- 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 C tarragon vinegar
  • 2 T grape jelly
  • 1/4 C bourbon

Preparation

Step 1

Boil ribs for 1 hour then drain.

Blend all sauce ingredients together in a blender.

Coat ribs with sauce & let stand for 15 minutes.

Broil (or BBQ) on both sides until brown after coating heavily with sauce.
