Ingredients
- 5-6 lbs baby back ribs
- Sauce
- 24 oz ketchup
- 1 C brown sugar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T chili Powder
- 1 med onion- chopped fine
- 1/4- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/2 C tarragon vinegar
- 2 T grape jelly
- 1/4 C bourbon

Preparation
Step 1
Boil ribs for 1 hour then drain.
Blend all sauce ingredients together in a blender.
Coat ribs with sauce & let stand for 15 minutes.
Broil (or BBQ) on both sides until brown after coating heavily with sauce.
