Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 packages Jiffy corn bread mix
• 2 Eggland’s Best eggs
• 2/3 c. milk
• 1 c. Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
• 10 hot dogs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cornbread mix, eggs and milk together in a bowl. If you use a different cornbread mix just follow the instructions on the box.


Chop the hot dogs up. Add hot dogs and cheese to the corn bread mix.
