Ingredients
- 5 small potatoes
- 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown your ground beef and set aside. Peel and slice potatoes, set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Set aside.
Spray the crockpot with non stick spray. Layer in the pan, potatoes, beef, soup and cheese. Then repeat, Top with remaining cheese. Place lid on top. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are done. Turn of crockpot and serve.
