Ingredients
- 2 6oz salmon filets
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 C panko
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 1 T finely chopped dill
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 t chopped thyme
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 T greek yogurt
- 2 t chopped dill
- 1 1/2 t 2% milk
- 1 t red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill. Sprinkle salmon with salt & pepper. Grill @ 10 min or to desired doneness.
Preheat broiler. Combine panko, parsley, oil, thyme & Dijon. Spoon over salmon, pressing to adhere. Broil 1-2 min until topping is browned.
Combine yogurt, dill, milk and vinegar in small bowl. Serve with salmon
