Ingredients

  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 cup diced feta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • black pepper, freshly cracked, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 1 day, so the flavors can meld.
