Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

• 3/4 c olive oil
• 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 c red wine vinegar
• 1/4 c raspberry preserves
• 3 T honey
• 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
• 1 large garlic clove, finely diced
• 1/8 t salt
• 1/8 t black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Refrigerate until serving time.
