Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 8oz package crease rolls
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh or ground cinnamon
- butter flavored spray
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven 350*
separated egg white from yoke in small bowl
in separate medium bowl add peaches
cut rosemary leaves into pieces and add to bowl of peaches
add vanilla and brown sugar
with a zester grate cinnamon in to the bowl of peaches mix ingredient
lightly spray small single baking dishes
roll each uncooked crescent roll into individual balls and roll out into circles one for top and one of bottom
place a bottom into each dish, brush lightly witjh egg white and place in oven for about 5 to 7 minutes
fill each dish with peaches, leave room for top dough
lightly brush each with egg white and bake until top is golden brown about 12 to 14 minuts
