Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut
- 2 eggs
- 4 medium onions, saute'd
- small amount of matzo meal
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in water. Drain water and mash. Add eggs and saute'd onions. Add a small amount of matzo meal. (Too much will make the kugel dry.) Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix altogether.
Oil a baking dish. Add potato mixture. Take a fork and press down on potatoes. Bake at 375* until brown. (About 1 hour)
