Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 cups of cooked ham, cubed
- 2/3 Cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2/3 Cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 Cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 Cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1/3 Cup Italian dressing
- slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Cook elbow macaroni as package directs. Drain and rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine macaroni with next 5 ingredients. Pour on Italian dressing; toss gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can place in lettuce cups if you choose to do so.
