Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cantaloupe, diced
  • 2 c. honeydew melon, diced
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 2 c. strawberries
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 2 T. honey
  • 5 t. lime juice
  • 1 t. lime zest

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries.

Whisk together honey, lime juice and lime zest in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss to combine.

Note: The fruit and dressing can be prepared ahead but be sure to toss with the dressing just before serving as the lime juice may cause the berries to get mushy.
