Ingredients
- 2 bunches thin asparagus, trimmed
- 4 T. olive oil
- 3 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 2 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Drizzle asparagus with oil in a large bowl and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper and toss again.
Arrange asparagus in single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until just tender, 12-15 minutes, depending upon thickness.
Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
