Ingredients
- 2 c cubed rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 c cubed bread
- sour cream topping (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix rhubarb, sugar and butter. Coat bread crumbs Layer rhubarb/bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350
Use: sour cream topping
