Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef, browned with
  • 1 med onion, diced
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 45 oz (3 small cans) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 lb Mexican Velveeta, cut in chunks
  • Fritos
  • Corn bread

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef with onion. Add corn, beans and tomatoes. Simmer. Add velveeta. Serve with Fritos and corn bread. USE LARGE POT
