Marinated Oriental Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry Sherry
  • 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients in large shallow dish. Add chicken to marinade. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade. Broil chicken until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
