Tender Crisp Pea Podsh

Ingredients

  • little oil
  • 2 pkg frozen pea pods OR 1 lb fresh pea pods
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1/2 c sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 t chicken granules (chicken bouillon)
  • 1/1 /2 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put a little oil in a 12" skillet and heat. Add pea pods. Add onions to pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes or so. Add water chestnuts, chicken bouillon and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes
