Ingredients
- 2 bunches of broccoli rabe
- 1 can of white channelini beans
- 2 tbsp. EVOO
- 6 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil broccoli rabe for two minutes (to prevent bitterness) and drain.
2. Sautée broccoli rabe in garlic and oil for fifteen (15) minutes.
3. Enjoy! ( can eat with Italian sausage or healthier turkey sausage/kielbasa or chicken sausage.
