Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of escarole
- 1 can white cannelini beans
- 2 tbsp. EVOO
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Basil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil escarole for 15 minutes and drain.
2. Sautee with garlic, basil leaves and oil for 10 minutes.
3. Enjoy with some Italian sausage, or healthier chicken sausage or turkey kielbasa.
