Cindy's recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon jello
• 1 T lemon juice
• 2 c cider (1 c hot, 1 c cold) OR 1 1/2 c cider and 1/2 c water
• 1 t grated orange rind
• 1/2 c nuts
• 1 c shredded apple
• 1/2 c finely chopped dates
• mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

mix mayonnaise (not sure of amt), sour cream, lemon juice.
put grated orange rind on top
