- 8 Cups water
- 1 1/2 cups Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcester
- 1/2 Cup salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger

Mix. Soak 8 hours. Dry fish for 3 hours
