Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tsp. sugar
- 1 Tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.3 lbs ground beef
- 12 green onions
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the first 8 ingredients to create the sauce.
2. Heat the skillet over medium high heat. Add the beef and cook for 7-9 minutes until cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the green onions and sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens and green onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
