Frosted Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 t. Vanilla
  • 1 # Pecan Pieces

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix Sugar and Sour Cream and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. Add Vanilla and Pecan pieces and stir until sugary and well coated.

3. Put on waxed paper to set.

4. Separate after cooled.
