Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup baby kale - or any other dark, leafy green like spinach or chard
- 8 strawberries
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Step 1
Add the chia seeds and almond milk to a measuring cup and soak for 5 minutes.
Blend the chia seed/almond milk mixture with the kale until smooth.
Add in the fruit and blend again. Finally, add in the protein powder
and lemon juice and blend until no chunks remain.
