South Carolina Style Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup wesson oil
  • 1 small can cream style corn
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1


Blend above ingredients in a bowl well. Pour into baking dish which has been well greased and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 mintues
