Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. sesame-ginger dressing
  • 1/2 c. chopped red cabbage
  • 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. cooked quinoa
  • 2 tbsp. dry-roasted edamame or wasabi peas

Preparation

Step 1

In a 16-ounce mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: dressing, cabbage, chicken, carrots, quinoa, and edamame. Screw on lid and refrigerate.
When ready to eat, shake jar until contents are mixed and enjoy.
