Sesame Chicken Slaw Mason Jar Salad
Layer up crunchy ingredients for a fresh take on lunch.
- 2 tbsp. sesame-ginger dressing
- 1/2 c. chopped red cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp. dry-roasted edamame or wasabi peas

In a 16-ounce mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: dressing, cabbage, chicken, carrots, quinoa, and edamame. Screw on lid and refrigerate.
