Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Rice (washed and drained)
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 t. Salt
- 8 C. Milk
- 1 C. Seedless Raisins
- 1 t. Vanilla
- Sprinkle Cinnamon on top.
- This recipe is from a friend of mine, Pauline Whitney.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease an 9x13x2 baking dish.
2. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together. It will be very liquified; but remember, the rice and raisins will absorb a lot of the liquid.
3. Pour into the Baking Dish; Sprinkle Cinnamon on top and place in the oven.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour or until lightly browned on top.
