- As many eggs as you like, that can be put into a single layer in saucepan.
Preparation

Place as many eggs as you need in a steamer basket. Bring water to a boil under the eggs, then lower heat until water is just simmering.
-Let eggs cook for 12 - 13 minutes.
-Plunge the eggs into cold water and let sit, changing water as it becomes warm.
