Two Tomato Tapas

Ingredients

  • 2 large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 12 dried tomato halves in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 c (4 oz.) shredded Italian 6-cheese blend
  • 1/3 c crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 1/4 c minced sweet onion
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pepper
  • 24 baguette slices

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except baguette slices.

2. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over slices.

3. Bake at 350 for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
