Glaze (for beef)

This is a glaze for roast beef or beef tenderlion.

Ingredients

• Equal parts
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Ketchup
• Dijon Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and baste on top and sides of beef. You may want to throw in some onions before baking so they caramlize while cooking.
