Fresh Apple Cake With Topping

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 c butter
• 3 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 2 t soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1 t nuts
• 3 c sliced apples
• 1/2 c cold coffee
• 6 T melted butter
• 6 T milk
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together, bake in 9x13 pan at 350. Test after 40 minutes. Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on hot cake. Place under broiler until it bubbles.
