Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 T butter
• 1 bag of southern style hash browns
• 1 can cream soup
• 2 c grated Colby jack cheese
• 16 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Place butter in 9x13 baking pan and place the pan in the oven until butter is melted. Spread melted butter throughout the pan and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together and place in prepared baking dish.

Cook in oven for 45-60 minutes until potatoes are cooked and golden brown.
