Picadillo

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1/4 onion, and
  • one clove garlic
  • carrots,
  • potatoes, and
  • peas •
  • tostadas with
  • crema blanca,
  • lettuce,
  • queso blanco, and
  • green salsa.

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meat.
• Blend 2 tomatoes, ¼ onion, and one clove garlic in blender.
• Boil cut carrots, potatoes, and peas (or defrost if using frozen).
• Add blender mixture to meat and cook until almost all of the juice is gone.
• Add vegetables and cook until veggies are warm.
• Serve on tostadas with crema blanca, lettuce, queso blanco, and green salsa.
