Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Large mushrooms for stuffing
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan as needed.

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems and chop fine. Broil bacon and crumble. Reserve 2 tbsp bacon fat. Combine fat with onion, stems and bread crumbs, parsley, salt and cheese

Stuff caps. Sprinkle with Parmesan

Broil until crisp
