Cilantro, Pine and Walnut Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cilantro, chopped and packed tightly
  • 1/2 cup parm/reggiano
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t cayenne
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients (except oil) together in a food processor until mixed and chopped well. Slowly add olive oil and serve immeidatley.
