Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- ground black pepper to taste
- crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
Step 1
in a large non-reactive bowl, add all ingredients and stir.
add shrimp and toss to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes
preheat grill for high heat
thread onto skewer.
Lightly oil grill grate and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque. (or just toss in grill pan-shrimp only-don't poor in the juices)
