Ingredients
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c white sugar
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 c ap flour
- 1/2 cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 c shredded zucchini
- 1/2 c walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix oil, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, stir into the sugar mixture. Fold in the zucchini and spread evenly in pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 min in preheated oven until brownies spring back when gently touched. Cool completed before cutting.
