Sausage Pasta Supper

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (broccoli, peas, etc.)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir-fry vegetables and seasonings in butter until crisp-tender. Add sausage; heat through. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve over buttered pasta with additional cheese. Yields 6-8 servings.
