Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 bunches lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon, use 4 – 6 Tbsp. fat. Add vinegar; heat through over very low heat. Remove from heat and add lettuce, onions, salt, pepper and sugar. Toss; add egss and toss again.
