Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • Icing:
  • 1 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. confectioner sugar
  • 1 t. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased 13x9 floured pan
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for icing and pour over cake while hot.
