Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 8 pears,peeled and left whole
- FILLING
- 1 cup mixed berries,or berry of your choice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tbs blueberry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water,wine,sugar,lemon juice,and cinn sticks in a saucepan,and bring to a boil. add the pears and cook for 15 min. Leave the pears in the pot until they are completely cool. Slice each pear in 1/2 and carefully remove the seeds. To prepare the topping,combine the mixed berries and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 min. Add blueberry pie filling and mix together carefully. Drizzle over the pears before serving.
