Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp. himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 lg egg (lightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1) pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2) Mix all ingredients together
3) cook for 15-20 min
4) add to sauce or eat alone
