Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese (room temperature)
- 6 scallions (chopped)
- 2 jars dry beef
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Soak beef in water to get out most of the salt. Change the water 2 times.
Chop beef into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers
