French Coconut Pie

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or brown on top.
