BUTTER LETTUCE DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • Kosher salt and ground pepper
  • 1 head butter lettuce, separate into leaves
  • 2 tablespoons slices of bacon or pancetta
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1-1/2 oz. Roquefort cheese or other Blue Cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients and spread over lettuce and add the rest of ingredients.
