Ingredients
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread each sheet of puff pastry on a separate cookie sheet. Top with mushrooms and artichokes, then top with cheese. Mix together eggs, sour cream, rosemary, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread over the two quiches leaving a 1/2 inch border. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffy and brown.
