Ingredients
- Cubed Beef
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1-1/2 beef stock
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- thyme
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 Celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- small can tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute beef in oil, put in crock pot
In same pan, add wine and beef stock and reduce and scrap beef from pan
Add to the crock pot
Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
