Pasta, with a little color!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound pasta, tubettini

Preparation

Step 1

Place water in small saucepan and place peas, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Cover and cook until tender. Add olive oil.

In the meantime, cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain pasta reserving a small amount of pasta water.

Add cooked peas in drained pasta. Add small amount of pasta water.
